Minimum Deposit Requirement

Deposits are accepted only through the blockchain networks supported by the platform. Customers must select the correct blockchain network before making a deposit.
Correct Deposit Address
Customers must send funds only to the deposit address generated by their account. Deposits sent to an incorrect deposit address may result in the permanent loss of funds.
Deposit Address Validity
For security reasons, a new deposit address may be generated for each deposit request. Customers must always use the latest deposit address displayed in their account. Deposits sent to a previously generated or expired deposit address may not be credited automatically.
Deposit Confirmation
All deposits are credited only after receiving the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
Account Ownership
Deposits must be made from a wallet or exchange account that is legally owned or authorized by the customer.
Cash Gap Requirement
If a cash gap occurs during an assigned task, the required deposit must be completed before the customer can continue with the remaining orders.
Deposit Review
All deposits are subject to review by the platform's Security and Risk Control Department to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Deposit Processing Time
Most deposits are credited automatically within a few minutes after the required blockchain confirmations. However, processing may take up to 24 hours due to blockchain network congestion or security verification.
Incorrect Deposit Information
The platform is not responsible for deposits made using an incorrect wallet address, an unsupported cryptocurrency, or the wrong blockchain network.
Compliance Policy
The platform reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any deposit if suspicious activity, multiple account abuse, fraudulent transactions, or policy violations are detected.
Deposit Records
All successful deposits will be recorded in your Deposit History and can be viewed at any time.
