Withdrawal Eligibility
Customers may submit a withdrawal request only after completing all assigned orders in the current task batch.
Account Verification
Your account must be successfully verified (KYC Approved) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
Withdrawal Password
A valid withdrawal password is required to submit a withdrawal request. If you forget your withdrawal password, you must complete the platform's verification process before it can be reset.
Account Security
If suspicious activity is detected on your account, your withdrawal request may be temporarily suspended until the security verification process has been completed.
Identity Verification
The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.
Pending Tasks
Customers with incomplete or pending tasks are not eligible to withdraw funds until all assigned orders have been completed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1–24 hours. In some cases, additional verification may extend the processing time.
Processing Fee
A 5% processing fee will be deducted from every withdrawal to cover transaction processing and blockchain network costs.
Network Fees
Additional blockchain network fees, if applicable, will be deducted according to the selected withdrawal network.
Accurate Wallet Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct wallet address and selecting the correct blockchain network. The platform is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect withdrawal information.
Withdrawal Review
All withdrawal requests are subject to review by the platform's Risk Control and Security Department before approval.
Compliance Policy
The platform reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any withdrawal request if it detects suspicious activity, policy violations, multiple account abuse, fraudulent behavior, or any activity that may compromise platform security.
